Our main goal is to always deliver products of consistent quality, taste, texture and safety. The first step to achive given aim, we have done by implementing the HACCP (Hazard Analisys and Critical Control Points) system in 2006. After that, we only made progress in the improvment of the quality and safety of our products. In 2007 we certified according to requirements of ISO 9001 standard. Out way to improve safety and reproduce enviromental friendly products we have done in 2010., by implementing ISO 22000 and ISO 14001 standards.
In order to expand our market to the territory of Great Britain, in July 2018, we certified according to the requirements of the BRC (British Retail Consortium) Food standard.
As approved trader for McDonald’s Serbia, Bulgaria and Slovenia chain of restaurants, we are certified according to the requirements of SQMS (Supplier Quality Management Standard) standard.
As exporters to different markets and different countries, with different population, there was a need for implementing a quality and safety management system in accordance with Halal standard of Serbia and Kosher standard.
Establishment and harmonization with requirements of Halal standard has been done in October 2018, while for Kosher standard harmonization has been done in May 2019.
Our quality and food safety management system represents an effective and living instrument for the continuous improvement of our products.
